MHFAC is Hiring a Medical Assistant Near St. Louis, MO

Responsibilities:
-Job Description

Applicants who graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program and have a Medical Assistant diploma are preferred.

Front office duties include: scheduling patients by using EMR, confirming appointments, collecting co-pays, insurance verification, faxing, scanning, calling patients, pharmacies, and medical institutions, taking and returning phone messages, etc.

Back office duties include: taking vital signs, venipuncture, urinalysis, filling out forms for sending tests out, injections, ECG, set up and restocking rooms, performing a variety of tests(will be trained), assisting a physician in procedures, maintaining clean work areas and performing other tasks as assigned.

The salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and skills.
